Both workshops are 2.5 hours, the same price, and suitable for complete beginners.

In the necklace painting workshop, you will just get to learn tiny painting techniques and will not learn anything about hand building clay. You will get to paint 5 charms which I will turn into a necklace and post to you.

In the Mini Clay Artwork workshop, you will learn how to create the mini charms and you’ll also get to paint 1 charm to be added to your mount.

This session involves painting on pre-made clay charms.

Firstly, we’ll make some collage cards with my endless supply of stickers to get some inspiration for your designs.

Next we’ll work on developing your ideas into something that is manageable and achievable. Don’t worry - tiny painting doesn’t have to be as hard as it looks!

We’ll go through painting and drawing techniques to help you create your masterpieces. You’ll gain confidence in painting teeny tiny designs, as well as painting on a new material.

After the event, I will varnish your charms, attach them to your necklace chains, and post them to you wherever you are!

This session involves hand building clay charms as well as painting your own charm.

Firstly, we’ll learn how I make the mini clay charms by making your own! I’ll teach you some hand building techniques and we’ll make a few tiny charms each. Please note: these take 24 hours to dry so these will not be the charms you paint but you will be able to take some clay home with you.

Next we’ll decide what you want to paint for your mini artwork. Don’t worry - tiny painting doesn’t have to be as hard as it looks!

Yes! Most of my participants have no painting or clay experience. I make sure to allow lots of time for questions and trial and error.

I provide all materials you will need to create your masterpiece so you just need to bring your lovely selves!

All my workshops are BYOB (if you wish, there’s no pressure to drink!) and you’re welcome to bring snacks if you like, but we might not have loads of time to eat them so don’t bring lots!
