This is my little interpretation of the Torres fried egg crisps. Have you tried them? They taste like the crispy underside of a fried egg and I cannot fathom how they do it. (It’s vegan too!?!)
This came from the Plump Deli. Maybe I should make the Plump Deli a real thing?! Isn’t that all of our dreams, just a cute little cafe that’s also a craft workshop space and community hub but with posh deli items.
